A return request can be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing product

For return approval, the Order ID and clear photo/video proof of the issue are mandatory.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallet / Bank).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, Best Offer India will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested due to customer preference (e.g., not liked, size issue, etc.), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
